North Carolina's award-winning  synchronized skating team.

Carolina Ice Synchro (CIS) teams contain 8-20 figure skaters that perform an intricate skating program of footwork and elements together as a single unit.  CIS competes annually in local, invitational and sectional competitions.  Alumnae from CIS have continued skating nationally and internationally for several organizations including universities, world-renowned synchronized skating teams, Disney on Ice and TEAM USA.
