Achievement Highlights

I train all ages, but enjoy working with youth athletes to improve their stamina, strength, core strength, and agility to excel in their sport. Much of my training experience is focused on functional training (training that translates to daily life and sport) and also training after returning from an injury. I have had the privilege of working with figure skaters, synchro skaters, swimmers, equestrians, pickleball/tennis players and volleyball players. It really is awesome to watch the improvements of an athlete that follows the programming and accepts the challenges given to them!
